How does the Fidelity recruitment process work?
Our recruitment process involves a number of stages to ensure the right candidate is chosen. If your CV meets the desired criteria, you’ll be invited to attend a series of interviews with the appropriate managers. The exact process will be outlined once you’ve been chosen to interview.

What salary package can I expect to earn?
We offer competitive salaries. However, your salary depends on a number of factors including the job position, previous experience and responsibilities of the role. The finer details of your salary will be disclosed at the offer.

What are the working hours?
We encourage all team members to enjoy a healthy work/life balance. Business hours will vary depending on the office you work in, peaks and troughs of the financial year, or special projects.

Is there an induction program?
Every new employee undergoes an induction/orientation program, which is tailored to the relevant business area.

Yes. We offer a study assistance program that helps you work towards your chosen qualifications.

How easy is it to gain international experience with Fidelity?
