Notice: Change of financial year end

FIL Responsible Entity (Australia) Limited (‘FREAL’) wishes to advice that its Board of Directors has resolved to change the Company’s financial year end date from 30 June to 31 December. Previously, the Company’s financial year commenced on 1 July and ended on 30 June. The Change has been made in order to be aligned with the year-end change of all Fidelity entities globally.

Following the change of financial year end, the next financial year shall be for six months, that will be commenced from 01 July 2020 and end on 31 December 2020. Thereafter, the Companies will revert to a twelve-month financial year, commencing on 1 January and ending on 31 December.
